B10D7 FORD Description

  When the Body Control Module (BCM) enters a key programming state, it activates the transceiver to read the key in the ignition key cylinder. If a valid Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) key is used and there are no concerns with PATS, the key is programmed into the BCM memory. The OBDII code sets when a PATS key is not successfully programmed into the BCM.
