The Radio Frequency Hub (RF Hub) will receive and monitor the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) message from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and record the VIN if different from the last VIN. If the module was used on a previous vehicle, the VIN will be set to that vehicle and the module will have to be replaced.
