When the parking lamps are on, the Smart Junction Box (SJB) sends a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) voltage to the dimmable components. The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) sets when the SJB detects a short to ground from the backlighting output circuit. The DTC also sets as a result when fuse 10 (15A) has failed or is removed.
