Power is supplied to the interior courtesy lamps and cargo lamp through the Smart Junction Box (SJB). Based on the input status from the ajar switches and the instrument panel dimmer switch, the SJB supplies voltage to the interior courtesy lamp(s). The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) sets when the SJB detects an open from the courtesy lighting output circuit.
