B3604 CADILLAC Description
Ground is supplied at all times to the adjustable pedal switch. The adjustable pedal forward and rearward switches are inputs to the driver seat memory control module. When the switch is operated to the forward or rearward direction, it supplies a ground path for the signal inputs from the driver seat memory control module. The driver seat memory control module will detect the voltage drop in the signal circuit and will command the adjustable pedals motor to move in the direction requested. The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) sets when the Driver Seat Memory Control Module has detected a short to ground in the adjustable pedals switch signal circuit for greater than 60 sec.
