Good morning I got a question for your mechanics/technicians my brother contacted a self employed mechanic to replace the spark plugs and ignition coils on a 2015 Toyota Camry Se and when it starts is hesitant and when it is on it does rough idling and shakes and the check engine light is on but this vehicle in a flood can you please advise me what to do.
