This is because the PCM has a known learned value for Pilot Injection Quantities stored, but it has now also been told that new injectors have been installed. In order to fix this issue a Scantool is required to Reset the Pilot Quantity Learned Values. This issue is unique to Euro 5 spec’d vehilce’s, typically with the part number 295050-0460__ fitted Injectors.
