- This DTC is caused by low Ignition 1 voltage at the TCM. When diagnosing this DTC be sure to inspect the wire harness from the underhood fuse block to the TCM, especially in the right rear area of engine. The harness may have chaffed on the engine causing damage to the Ignition 1 circuit, wire 339, Pink.
