U0001 LINCOLN Description
The Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) monitors the HS-CAN bus when the ignition has been on for more than 5 seconds, when the voltage to the PSCM is greater than 9 volts and when there is no Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) present that is inhibiting PSCM operation. This DTC sets if the PSCM is unable to communicate with any other modules on the HS-CAN network for greater than 320 milliseconds.
